Shipping Information

No minimum order. All orders over $20.00 ship directly from our suppliers within 3 to 4 business days.
For orders that total less than $20 USD, please allow 1-2 extra days for delivery. "Heavy" or "Bulky" orders may be subject to extra shipping charges. You will be contacted to confirm additional charges. Additional shipping options such as UPS-2nd Day and USPS can be selected during checkout. We ship only to the continental United States. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Paypal.





Returns

Merchandise can be returned only after consent from seller. Seller must be notified, within 5 days of receipt of item, about any damages. In the event that there is a return due to customer error there will be a 25% restock fee. To return merchandise you must contact RW Supply for RGA number. Call us at 580-252-8723 or email to orders@RWSupply.com along with reason for return. Credits will not be issued until merchandise is received and in saleable condition.

No refunds are given for shipping charges. Claims Shortages or errors must be made within 5 days after receipt of goods. Backorders All backorders will be canceled, and will need to be reordered.
